Book a consultation
One session, a fixed fee, and a consultant who has read your situation before you log on. Sessions are held online by video, or in person at either office by arrangement.

Pay to confirm
The $100 fee is taken at the time of booking. The slot is only held once payment clears.
Receive the details
A confirmation email arrives with the meeting link, the time, and how to send documents in advance.

The calendar opens in a new tab on Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and payment is handled by Stripe. Neither takes payment details through this website.
If nothing on the calendar works

Have these ready
- Passport details and your immigration history, including any previous applications to Canada or elsewhere
- Any refusal letters or correspondence from IRCC, in full
- Education certificates and any language test results
- Employment records — reference letters, contracts, pay records
- The deadline you are working to, if there is one

- Which pathways are realistically open to you, and which are not
- Where your file is weak and what would strengthen it
- What the process involves, in what order, and roughly how long
- What representation would involve, if you decide you want it
- Your questions — the session is yours to direct
What we will not do
No licensed representative may guarantee that an application will succeed, and we will not suggest otherwise. Where we think a matter has little realistic prospect, our professional obligations require us to tell you so, with reasons — and we will.
Judicial review at the Federal Court is legal work that falls to a lawyer, not to a regulated consultant. If that is where your matter is heading, we will say so and tell you to act quickly, because the deadlines are short.

What you will get back
A reply by email setting out which Canadian immigration pathways look worth exploring in your circumstances, and what would need to be true for them to work.
What this is not
- It is not legal advice, and it is not an assessment of a specific application.

- It cannot replace a consultation where there is a refusal, a deadline, or a procedural fairness letter involved.

Before you book
Is the $100 refundable if the advice is that I have no realistic pathway?
No. The fee pays for the consultant’s time and for an honest assessment, and an answer of “this will not work, and here is why” is often the most valuable one you can get. It can save you a great deal of money and several years.
Can the fee be credited against future work?
That depends on what you go on to retain us for, and it is agreed in writing at the time. Raise it during the session and you will get a straight answer.
Do you work with people outside Canada and Bangladesh?
Yes. Consultations are held online and we have worked with clients across South Asia, Africa and South America. The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone.
Can I send documents before the session?
Yes, and it makes the session considerably more useful. The confirmation email explains how. Anything you send is read before you log on.
I was refused. Is a consultation still worth it?
Usually more so, not less. What matters is understanding exactly why the officer refused and what, if anything, changes that. Bring the refusal letter in full. If there is a Federal Court deadline running, say so when you book — those are measured in days.
